    Japan - 2018

Founded in the heart of Tokyo in 1967, Whitestone Gallery has been a pioneer gallery in Japanese art scene, to introduce Japanese prominent talents in the worldwide context, simultaneously opening a possible new approach to the conventional Japanese art market.

The space design of Whitestone was designed by the famous Japanese architect Mr. Kengo Kuma, presenting a revolutionary space for contemporary art display.

The brand design concept is derived from the cut surface of the boulder. Each face of a stone is unique, however, a firm cohesive force is built when stones are masoned together, alike the cohesiveness of a Japanese gallery with a history of fifty years. Through the observation of Kengo Kuma architecture and interior design, the infinite extension of the bevels and lines at different angles is presented in the gallery new brand image through the felicitous logotype design.
